An Introduction

My name is Jorge Arguello and I want you to be a Super Single Dad too. This blog and the products, tools and exercises I provide you will enhance your skills as a father taking you to the level of a Super Dad. Your kids will look up to you, listen, learn and emulate you and in turn will become children you can be proud of.

This is a road not easily maneuvered but through all the bumps, holes, twists and turns, you’ll find the path to being a better parent despite the fact that you are going it alone.

Now, why would you listen to me? Because I’m a single dad too, and I still am. I’ve been raising my kids since they were born, on my own, without their mother’s help so I totally understand what you go through day in and day out. My kids are in their last two years of High School and one, the senior, is about to turn 18 years of age; a legal adult here in California.

Both are honor students in the Advanced Placement Program, a scholastic program awarding them college credits towards the college or university of their choice. It’s like being in college while still in high school. They’re both good kids.

I tell you this not just to brag, (hey, I’m proud of them) but to show you that you can raise children to adulthood . . . children that you can be proud of while maintaining a loving and respectful relationship with them that you carry throughout the rest of your lives.

Plus I have over thirty years experience either raising children or helping someone else raise their children. I’ve covered the field of being in a “love relationship” with a mom and their child or children, helping raise a couple of my younger brothers for my mom, as well as raising my own kids.

Some of those kids that I helped raise are mature adults with their own children and they are raising their own kids properly too, the “super single dad” way. Actually all of them are happily married incorporating the things learned from my experiences. That is what will happen for you and your children too.

I’ve raised my children “without their mom” around at all in their lives. Even though many see this as unfortunate, it actually works in your favor. This is a topic of discussion we will do at a later time but suffice it to say that if you are a father without the active participation of the other parent, raising your child will be smoother and more effective.

This site is for all single dads but especially for the single father that has not the other parent present in his or their children’s lives at all. I intend to guide, instruct, and help you every way I can and turn you into a Super Dad for your children. Welcome and let’s get started.
